Spent 6 months working with the supplier to get these to market, and on the first order I placed they scratched over 60% of the cases, and then had the nerve to tell me that's normal, just sell them anyway.
Customers understandably rejected the quality and the supplier response was we give no refund not our problem.
Will not use again, don't waste your time on a new product with these when their quality control is none existent. Have asked to speak to their quality team several times, no response.
Were very quick to send samples which appeared perfect then in the actual main production run appear to have bait and switched. When told they should be sending defect free products, they wanted to charge me extra for inspecting each item - guys it's standard practice you ensure each item is good before sending, that's not an extra 😂
Ultimately wasted 6 months, and let down the retro gaming community.
