Spent 6 months working with the supplier to get these to market, and on the first order I placed they scratched over 60% of the cases, and then had the nerve to tell me that's normal, just sell them anyway.
Customers understandably rejected the quality and the supplier response was we give no refund not our problem.
Will not use again, don't waste your time on a new product with these when their quality control is none existent. Have asked to speak to their quality team several times, no response.
Were very quick to send samples which appeared perfect then in the actual main production run appear to have bait and switched. When told they should be sending defect free products, they wanted to charge me extra for inspecting each item - guys it's standard practice you ensure each item is good before sending, that's not an extra 😂
Ultimately wasted 6 months, and let down the retro gaming community.

About scratches
On 2025.02.28, you applied for a refund because of some minor scratches on the edge of the box. The attachment is the picture of the box you sent us at that time.
The material of the box is GPPS, and all goods are produced in bulk, it is difficult to achieve 100% scratch-free.
So we tell you that the minor scratches in the attached picture are normal.
About refund
You bought 100 boxes for a total of USD120. Because of the minor scratches on the attachment, you applied for a refund of USD76. Then you received this refund through Alibaba.
Now it is April 11, you comment on this order again and attach more scratched boxes picture, and comment that 60% of the boxes have scratches.
I believe that the scratches in your comment on April 11, the actual boxes will only have a few, not 60%.
